Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen
The largest antique market in the world — 1,700 dealers across seven distinct sub-markets, sprawling north of the Périphérique in Saint-Ouen. Open Saturday morning to Monday afternoon, but Sunday is the day Parisians actually go.
Métro Porte de Clignancourt (line 4); cross under the Périphérique. Avoid the big stalls at the entrance (mostly cheap clothes); the actual antique markets — Vernaison, Dauphine, Paul Bert, Serpette — are 200 m further north. Bring cash and time.

Montmartre & Pigalle — The butteSacré-Cœur and the artists' square up top; the back-streets of Abbesses and Lamarck below; Pigalle's neon and the Saint-Ouen flea market at the edge. Steep, photogenic, and busiest where the tour groups cluster.
